Elizabeth Hunter

Partnering with Lisa Gamboni, Elizabeth joined the Dealside team in October 2020.

Elizabeth brings to our clients decades of deep Human Capital expertise. For the past 15 years she held Chief HR Officer roles in three ASX100 companies, working with executive teams and Boards to address complex markets, performance improvement and culture change.  She brings broader business value perspectives gained from her executive and operating leadership experience of information technology and enterprise wide cost reduction.

She is highly regarded for being able to cut through complexity to design and guide strategies to build strong and focused functions and teams.  In deals Elizabeth concentrates on big value drivers such as CEO transitions, operating model and organisation design, leadership and talent management & retention, performance culture and reward structures – always with a commercial and pragmatic lens combined with suitable sensitivity and a very supportive approach. 

 Her industry experience spans Manufacturing (Mining & Agriculture), Industrial Services (Engineering, Infrastructure & Construction), Financial Services and Health. Experience in Australia, the Americas (USA, Canada, Chile) and the UK/Ireland. She holds an MBA and is a Board member of Netball Australia.

Samantha (Sam) Bell

Samantha’s deals career includes being a strategic advisor & program manager (Deloitte, KPMG, 200+ small to large businesses, 1,000+ people) across many areas (progress & projects, digital & automation, communications, operations, systems, branding, business development, culture & leadership development), a digital strategist & coach (for individuals, teams and executives) and a researcher, writer, speaker & educator on digital, business and trends (such as blockchain since 2013 and social media / digital since 2006).

Sam has founded two businesses and created successful partnerships and connected hundreds of people locally and around the world. She’s also directed leadership events and been a creative director, speaker curator and producer.
